As a safety measure in response to COVID-19, the Buchanan County Board of Supervisors has ordered all non-essential county offices closed from March 24 through at least April 3, 2020. As a result, the Buchanan County Attorney’s Office is closed and employees will be working remotely. All attempts will be made to respond to voicemails left at (319) 334-3710 and emails directed to email@example.com but delays are possible. In the case of an emergency, dial 9-1-1 or contact the Buchanan County Communications Center at (319) 334-2567.
Due to the uncertainties associated with COVID-19 and in an effort to best protect the welfare of the residents and employees of Buchanan County, the Board of Supervisors and Department Heads are limiting access to all county offices.
Effective immediately all services are by appointment only until further notice.
